Health Providers Registry (formerly SA GP Registry)https://www.healthproviders.com.au/ The Divisions of General Practice and the Specialists Medical Colleges in SA have developed a central and authoritative source of where GPs and specialist work and can most effectively be contacted. The Health Provider Registry's primary purpose is to transfer clinical patient information to GPs and Specialist about their patients. It can also be used by medical Practitioners for referrals. Any health related organisation or private practitioner that has a clinical need to communicate with GPs or specialists about their patients can apply to have access. The HPRy facilitates improved communication between Adelaide's eight metropolitan public hospitals and doctors via the Oacis computer system. The HPRy is also used by other hospitals (private, rural), health units and clinical services. Subject to conditions, your local Division or College will have access to your details. Health Registry Information Flyer (.pdf, 113KB) Human Services Finder - Online Service DirectoryThe HSF is a service directory of health, housing, family and community services provided in South Australia. It provides a rich source of information about services such as contact details, opening hours, cost, eligibility, access and transport routes. Anyone with an Internet connection can use the HSF. The aim of HSF is to reduce barriers to accessing services for the public of South Australia. There are different ways of searching for services as well, so that you can find services or providers in a way that suits your needs, and without needing to know 'the system'. Simple language searches such as: 'back pain' or 'depression' can be used, and elements such as location, population group, language, and others can easily narrow these down. HSF also provides dynamic maps for every location, which can be zoomed to street level and printed off. Transport routes and stops can be shown on these maps and all results can be emailed or printed. HSF Brochure (.pdf, 286KB) Further information?
