Legal Issues for Service Providers and Working Carers A free information session is being presented by Carers SA specifically for Service Providers and Working Carers, with special guest speakers Dr Mark Witham and Jim Reilly from the Public Trustee who specialises in wills and estate planning, deceased estates and probate. Topics covered include Succession Planning, Wills and Estates, Power of Attorney, Medical Power of Attorney, Guardianship orders and the role of the Public Advocate.
