AWGPN Mental Health
GP Shared Care

We are pleased to announce that the AWGPN is now able to offer GPs a shared care service for referred patients with a range of chronic and complex mental health conditions who would benefit from a shared care service. Clients can be seen at your practice. We welcome Mark Voce as our new Mental Health GP Shared Care Liaison Officer. AWGPN Welcomes Associate Members
The AWGPN would like to extend an invitation to other health professionals to become Associate Members of the Adelaide Western General Practice Network. The AWGPN Board believes that Associate Membership will better facilitate interaction between GP members and other GP practice team members and primary care providers in the Western region of Adelaide. It will also foster innovation and integration in Primary Health Care Services resulting in improved population health outcomes.
